Q75 - Quantometer

The high performance is subscribed by the fact that the Q75 series is approved for fiscal metering in a number of countries. The series offers a large variety, from cast body to spool piece, sizes up to DN 750 / 30", and a multitude of options, from lubrication systems to high frequency output.

Q - Quantometer

The flanged housing of the Q Quantometers is made of spheroidal graphite iron, cast steel or welded steel, depending on the pressure rate. The Q Quantometers are available in a variety of diameters and pressure ratings.
 

QA/QAE - Quantometer

The wafer type housing of QA and QAe (with electronic totalizer) is made of aluminium. Depending on the version, the volume is displayed on a mechanical (QA) or an electronic totalizer (QAe). QA and QAe Quantometers combine the high accuracy of the Q series of Quantometers with low weight.
The Quantometers are available in a number of flow ranges, diameters and pressure ratings. Depending on the version, a low or medium-frequency pulser and an optical readout or an optical readout with additional M-bus output is available. All of the Quantometers are DVGW approved.

SM-RI-X

The SM-RI-X is serially equipped with a lubrication system for all types and a mechanical index with metal cover. TRZ2

The TRZ2 is serially equipped with permanent lubrication bearings as well with the mechanical S1 Index. From ANSI class 300 upwards all meters are equipped with manual oil pump as standard.

210/220 Pulse Transmitter

Conductivity measurement can pose a challenge for complex processes where coating, fouling, corrosion or high temperatures and/ or pressures are a concern. The Honeywell 5000TC conductivity sensors are specifically designed for monitoring conductivity, chemical concentration or salinity in such difficult applications.​​

CNI4 Pulse Accumulator

With this advanced cellular pulse data logger, both input channels and stored consumptions can be independently scaled to different units of measure, providing maximum value and flexibility.

DL230 Datalogger

The multi-channel data logger DL230 is used to determine peak loads and load profiles for gas meters with LF pulse outputs for commercial and industrial customers. Two of the four input channels can alternatively also be connected to encoder indexes. Inputs which do not record any consumption information or original meter readings can also be programmed as status inputs. This makes simple monitoring functions possible, such as the registration of station access or alarm signals from a volume conversion device.

Pulse Accumulator

What Is It?
​Designed to be either wall or meter mounted, Pulse Accumulator from Mercury Instruments supports most C&I smart metering and AMR analog modem-based applications. Both input channels and stored consumptions can be independently scaled to different units of measure.

EK205 Volume Converter

The EK205 is a battery-operated volume conversion device that can be easily mounted onto gas meters from Elster or other manufacturers. Powered by a lithium battery for a minimum five-year service life, the device calculates gas volume at base conditions on the basis of consumption data supplied by flow-proportional pulses from the connected meter and the measurements of gas temperature and pressure. The data logging function, serial interface and different data communication protocols allow integration in head-end and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) systems.

EK220 Volume Converter

In addition to volume conversion and data logging, the EK220 volume conversion device may be used for the flexible data recording of different measurement values and, in conjunction with either a modem or RTU, for station monitoring.
The volume conversion device may optionally be fitted with a second external pressure sensor, which allows it to record the inlet or outlet pressure of the measuring system, or to monitor its limit values.

EK280 Volume Converter

The EK280 can be equipped with a GSM / GPRS modem and a power supply unit (Zone 2) and thus covers the requirements for volume conversion, data logging and remote data transfer in a single device. In addition, the device features other digital inputs and allows for connection of a second pressure and/or temperature sensor. Status signals and measurements (e.g. door contact, SSV, inlet pressure, etc.) of a gas measurement and control system can thus be recorded and transferred to remote control or SCADA systems for monitoring purposes via a separate interface.
